Delivery & Returns Policy
Getting your products to you quickly and safely is important to us.
How do I get something delivered?
Simply add your chosen product to your shopping basket, selecting the quantity and go through the checkout process.
Where can I get my goods delivered to?
All goods can be delivered either to your home address, to an alternative address or to your work address.
For deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, there may be slightly longer delivery lead-times.
Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail, Royal Mail Tracked Service or by courier. A signature is required for all courier deliveries.

Standard Parcel Service – £5.95
Express Next Day Service – £6.95
Standard Europe Parcel Service – £15.95

When will it be delivered?
Standard Postal Service is normally within 3-5 working days.
Express Next Day Service is normally within 1 working day. (Orders must be placed by 12:30pm at the very latest)
Standard Europe Postal Service is normally within 3-7 working days.
Standard International Postal Service is normally within 5-10 working days.
Delivery times are calculated in working days – i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days does not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.
Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail, Royal Mail Tracked or by courier. A signature is required for all Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and courier deliveries.
Goods delivered by courier will usually arrive between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
All courier deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives they will attempt to deliver to an immediate neighbour. The courier will leave a card advising where the parcel has been delivered to or if they have been unable to deliver they will make two further attempts and leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.
Deliveries to non-Mainland UK or remote locations may take longer.
Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. In the event that we fail to meet a specified delivery date you will have the option of either cancelling your order and receiving a full refund, or continuing with the order and accepting a refund of any additional delivery charge we have made.
How can I find out information regarding my delivery?
Most of our deliveries are tracked and have a tracking number assigned to them. This allows us to be able to provide you with any information regarding the progress of your order.

We are happy to receive returns up to 28 days from date of purchase if you are not happy with the quality or if your delivery has not reached you in a satisfactory standard.
Before returning the product, you must contact us on email@example.com, where you will be given a unique returns number so that your return can be swiftly dealt with by the Goods In department and any replacement or refund can be processed quickly. Any return without a return number will be refused by our Goods In department and returned back to you, therefore delaying any refund or replacement and costing you additional funds for a second attempt at delivery to us.
The return must also be packaged and shipped in suitable packaging to our returns address otherwise the return will be refused on arrival at Goods In. All returns must be sent to –
